Originally named CondoPapers - after our first product - when we introduced our second product in 2010 we started a rebranding that recognizes our multiple condominium products and services. In 2011 we relaunched as 247Condo - with two products (CondoPapers, CondoTop) and a consulting service (247Condo Consulting Services).

CondoPapers, specifically built for management companies, is an online delivery service of condominium documents.

CondoTop is a condominium project, document, and tracking system for self-managed and managed corporation. What sets CondoTop from other products is our core focus on real-time collaboration and sharing between the management company and the corporation.

Between CondoPapers and CondoTop, 247Condo makes condominium and strata life better for more than 35,000 residential and commercial units.

247Condo Consulting Services exists to meet the need of government and private sector companies that are looking for additional expertise in working with, and accessing, the condominium market.
